Mid Cities Vapor LLC is writing in response to the proposed regulation of electronic cigarettes as included in “Deeming Tobacco Products to be subject to the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act, as amended by the Family Smoking Prevention and Tobacco Control Act; Regulations on the Sale and Distribution of Tobacco Products and Required Warning Statements for Tobacco Products.” As a business we are continually researching and educating both ourselves and our valued customers in the vastly growing Vaping community on the issues at hand. We are avid proponents of sensible regulations of electronic cigarettes and vaping products, including but not limited to the following: minimum purchasing and use age of 18, lotting/batching all e-liquids, random titration of e-liquid, and a clean and sanitary environment for all production of e-liquid.
We are located in the mid cities region of the Dallas/ Fort Worth area in Texas. Upon our opening in September of 2012 we have managed to thrive from a small to medium sized business in a relatively short period of time with further expansion in sight. Our primary location is in North Richland Hills, TX and we just opened a second location in Fort Worth, TX. Mid Cities Vapor LLC is an avid member to both CASAA (Consumer Advocates for Smoke-free Alternatives Association) and AEMSA (American E-liquid Manufacturing Standards Association). Our company works closely in our community and is willing to help in many aspects. We are actively associated with the North Richland Hills Chamber of Commerce and Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce as well the North Richland Hills and Fort Worth Police Departments to educate and adhere to the provided laws to keep our community informed.
At Mid Cities we take pride in our dedication to producing over 350 high quality e-liquid flavors with no nicotine as well as offering 13 diluted nicotine levels using only USP/Kosher-Grade and FDA-Approved ingredients. We lot and date all our e-liquids and package them with child resistant and tamper evident bottles. All of our e-liquid labels disclose all ingredients and appropriate warnings. Our vast product selection includes but is not limited to: over 114 different tank types, around 16 coils/atomizers, as well nearly 20 cartomizer selections. Our battery and mod selection choices are well over 200 in number providing the customer with the best fit appliance to aide in their vaping needs. Accessories such lanyards, wraps, and charms are also readily available.
We, as well as many others, are a small but thriving business. Mid Cities Vapor, LLC started out with humble beginnings and have grown over the last two years to two locations in the Fort Worth area of Texas. We employ 14 people who depend on us and our success for their livelihood. We are active members in our local Chamber of Commerce’s, Police Departments, as well as our Local Governments. We seek sensible regulations that will not inhibit our business or service to our community.
